• As Director of Ecosystem at TON – the blockchain integrated with Telegram – launched multi-million support programmes and drove regional expansion for DeFi, RWA, Payments and Gaming projects, helping scale TVL to nearly $1B and grow the ecosystem to 1,000+ active teams.
• Co-founded XFounders – an accelerator for early-stage blockchain and fintech founders supported by Mastercard, AWS, Polygon, TRON, Avalanche and others.
• Helped grow dozens of teams and products in Web3, FinTech, and EdTech.
